RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Daughters of the King purchase.

Returns
Returns may be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with any original tags or packaging.

To request a return, please contact us before sending your item back. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been fulfilled or shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and our return policy will apply.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect, damaged, or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
If you need a different size, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or where otherwise required by applicable law.
